Gran del Val Gran del Val
This is a long-established Panamanian coffee farm that has been dedicated to coffee cultivation for over 100 years and three generations since 1914. Located in the Bajo Mono region of Boquete, at an ideal altitude and environment for high-quality coffee cultivation, the farm continues to produce the highest quality coffee cherries with a rich and deep profile through well-established farm facilities and traditional methods. There are three cultivation plots within the farm. "Gladys" is a farm located at 1,200-1,300mt, which was first developed in 1914 in the Bajo Mono region of Boquete by Gabriel Diano, the second generation of the family who came to Panama, and "Gran Paraiso" is located at 1,300-1,400m along the caldera valley, and cultivates exotic varieties such as Typica, Caturra, Catuai, and Java. The highest one, La Fortuna, is located at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,600 meters and is shaded by dense avocado trees, where Geisha and Typica are planted.
