Many roasters, café owners, and baristas visited our booth, leading to active business discussions about the appeal of Panama coffee and trading methods.
Main Activities at the Exhibition:

The tasting style using wine glasses attracted particular attention from many visitors and was well-received as a serving method that maximizes the vibrant aroma and taste of Panama coffee. Many expressed surprise and excitement especially about the fruity aroma and complex flavor of the Geisha variety.
Visitor Feedback
During the exhibition, we received many questions about Panama coffee and inquiries about trading from roasters and café owners. What particularly drew attention was the high transparency through direct trade and our flexible trading system available from small lot quantities.
"I knew about Panama Geisha, but I was surprised to learn that there are so many different varieties and processing methods. La Huella's anaerobic process in particular has a complexity and sweetness I've never tasted before."
- Café owner from Tokyo
"Having lot sales available in small quantities is very helpful for small-scale roasters. After seeing the samples, I definitely want to consider doing business with you."
- Roaster from Kanagawa Prefecture
Industry Networking
During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to interact with many coffee industry professionals from Japan and abroad. Through conversations with roasters and café owners interested in Panama coffee, we felt the demand and expectations for high-quality specialty coffee in the Japanese market.
We also actively exchanged information with other exhibitors, deepening our understanding of the latest trends in the coffee industry as a whole and changes in consumer preferences.
Results and Future Outlook
Over the three days of the exhibition, we had meaningful dialogues with many coffee industry professionals. We had the opportunity to directly explain the appeal and characteristics of Panama coffee, building relationships with potential new business partners.
Through this exhibition, we once again realized the high level of interest in Panama specialty coffee in the Japanese market. It was a significant achievement to deepen many people's understanding of the high quality achieved through direct imports and the flavor characteristics brought about by Panama's excellent production environment.
We will continue to actively participate in such industry events to convey the appeal of Panama coffee to more people. We will also regularly update our website with information about Panama farms and the latest coffee news, so please check it out.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth. We look forward to your continued support of Brisa & Tierra.
